  Software Support
 

The Software Support Agreement provided by Computer Aided Business Systems Limited satisfies the operator's demand for comprehensive technical support on your software programs.

A software support contract is essential to ensure full utilisation of your computer system, thereby guaranteeing minimal interruptions to the working day.

Our programmes puts you directly through to our support team who are available to answer your queries. All incoming fault calls are logged, and if an immediate solution cannot be given to your problem, your call will be returned, or, if necessary, an appointment made to come on-site to help resolve the problem.

If you do not have a telephone support contract with Computer Aided Business Systems Limited, and purchased your Autodesk (or other) application from us and wish to receive product support, then please email your enquiry to technical@cabs-cad.com  

   
  Hardware Support
 

A hardware support contract not only provides assistance when computer components fail but also provides the added benefit of software reconfiguration and installation. For example, if a hard disk is replaced we will visit your site and reload the operating system and applications.

If a component has failed and can be replaced simply, for example a keyboard failure, we will deliver a replacement part by next day courier.

   
  Telephone Support
  We provide 12 month telephone support contracts.
Our telephone support lines are open 9:00 - 5:00 (normal working days)
   
  Site Visits
  Option 1: 'call out' and per hour rate thereafter.
Option 2: 1/2 day or Full day bookings
Option 3: Price per job, our engineer will agree a price for completing a task or tasks.
   
  Planned Maintenance Visits
  Purchase 'blocks' on Engineering Hours/Days and use these as and when required. The engineering time is provided at discounted rates, and can be used for any of our engineering on-site services.
   
  Autodesk Online Support
